This module will cover the design of a medium-sized Web application that is, in part, data driven. A Web Engineering approach will be adopted which will enable students to analyse and design a web application that is closely coupled to a live database.
This course develops the students' knowledge of and skill in using mark-up languages.
The module will also look at security issues in web developments.
The assessment will be an In-course Assessment based on individual work.
