This module takes an integrated view in applying a suite of software tools to the context of multimedia asset creation, manipulation and post-production for digital media applications. The module aims to provide students with an understanding of a wide range of techniques available for creative digital manipulation of audio and visual material.

On completion of this module, students should be able to:

• Apply digital manipulation and post-production techniques to a variety of digital media.
• Be aware of the planning, production and post-production process.
• Be able to use an appropriate integrated suite of tools to produce an interactive digital video presentation.
• Be able to discuss copyright and professional issues with respect to use of digital media.

Assessment is by In-course Assessment.
