The purpose of this module is to provide practical learning in entrepreneurship. The process is to provide some 'safe' experimental learning followed by an added value project in teams. This activity will be underpinned by:

• Theoretical and conceptual knowledge, available through lectures and self-study.
• Tools (e.g. cash-flow, consulting skills), which will be available through practicum workshops.
• Reflective practice (the accounts of which form part of the individual's assessment).

The module will normally run over 2 semesters with intensive periods of workshops, self-organised group activity and a timetabled weekly period for learning-on-demand. Where available, it will link with the University's enterprise incubation activities.
