Using LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and Perl), students will acquire the skills necessary to configure and run a modern web-server.
Students will be introduced to the operation and configuration of a 'Unix' based web server and will extend their server-side scripting skills.
UML for the design of web applications will be introduced and web technologies as solutions to real world problems will be evaluated.
The latest technologies will be used to design and implement server and client based web-applications.
