This module introduces students to a wide range of techniques and algorithms designed to tackle the most exacting problems in computer graphics and visual simulation.
These problems include the simulation of complex and dynamic objects, materials and processes such as trees, clouds, smoke, fire, water, cloth, hair and many others.
The module aims to familiarize students with the state of the art in techniques and algorithms for procedural animation. It also encourages exploration, experimentation and creation in the development of their work.
